Changes to Digital Signing

September 27, 2022

As you know, at SaabTeece we love technology and we acknowledge that many of our clients have already embraced electronically signing documents. We wanted to let you know that this process will be changing slightly.

We will still be sending documents through a secure digital platform, however, we are changing our service provider. Soon we will be using FuseSign (rather than DocuSign).

How the new process with FuseSign will work:

  1. You will receive an SMS and/or email containing a link to view and sign documents – these will be sent from ‘No Reply’ addresses.
  2. Once you click the link (contained within the SMS or email) a web browser will open taking you to our secure FuseSign portal.
  3. Please click the “Request Code” button and a code will be sent to you by SMS. The code can be sent to international mobile numbers.
  4. Enter the code to view and sign the documents.
  5. Please watch this short video on how to sign the documents.
  6. Once all signatories have signed the document bundle, you will receive an email with a link to download the signed documents. The signed documents will automatically be returned to our Admin team for lodgement or processing.
  7. Please note, if documents remain unsigned, you will receive weekly reminders to sign.

Xero Users

Please note that if you are a Xero user and currently digitally sign documents by logging into Xero, this process will not change for you. Xero’s digital signing is limited to Income Tax Returns and Activity Statements.

Should you have any questions, as always, please do not hesitate to
contact us.

Kind regards,

SaabTeece
