Important information about how you receive ATO correspondence from SaabTeece

May 3, 2022

We are implementing some changes to the way we process our Australian Taxation Office (ATO) correspondence.

This new system will allow us to deliver ATO correspondence to you digitally and, most importantly, securely. Due to the new delivery method, we wanted to bring this to your attention beforehand to ensure that this is not interpreted as a scam!

The email layout for ATO correspondence has also changed and we will no longer be attaching any PDF documents to the email. You will receive an email containing a link. To access the link, you will be required to enter the password that will be sent to you via SMS.

Please ensure that you notify us of any mobile number changes so that we can update our records.

If you do not receive an email, please be sure to check your ‘Junk’ email inbox. If you do not receive a SMS please get in contact with us.

You will also be able to access documents through our Client Portal: Suitefiles Connect.

For more information about our Client Portal, please click here.

For now, this change only applies to ATO correspondence. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact Sharon Lee or Justine Vorich.

We will notify you once this system has been implemented.
